23 Mar Celtech further strengthen customer service offering
We are delighted to announce the expansion of our Customer Service team.
The most recent employee to join our expert team of customer service colleagues is Nigel Bannister, who joins from HP Enterprise where he was the Global Service Desk Site Lead.
Nigel’s role at Celtech is ‘Service Delivery and Support Manager’ where he’ll be responsible for delivering our managed service – including all hardware and third-party services – and leading our new front-line support service.
He has fantastic relevant experience of building and delivering world-class support services and he’s looking forward to implementing our new customer service strategy.
Nigel joins 5 other new Celtech employees who have all been selected for their customer focus experience and their desire to be part of a technology company that is leading the way in how retailers run their businesses.
The expansion of our team represents the robust growth of Celtech’s business in Ireland and in the UK and demonstrates our commitment to our customers.
We enjoy working closely with our customers and we partner with them to enable them to benefit from the extensive capability of ab-initio to manage their entire retail or wholesale operations.
